VG Capital has setup Namibia's first institutional Real Estate Private Credit & Hybrid Capital Fund - VG Capital Solutions Fund One. The Fund is positioned to provide investors with a blend of downside / capital protection, a yield premium and equity related upside, while providing credible real estate players with bespoke hybrid capital solutions, wrapped in an 'entrepreneurial style' approach.
As a solutions focused Fund Manager, our DNA is that of a real value-adding and strategic capital partner.
The Fund considers most real estate types, with a strong focus on Industrial and Special Purpose Real Estate.

VG Investment Group (Pty) Ltd, through its Capital Advisory division - offers general corporate restructuring advisory, investment advisory and development management services; primarily in infrastructure and real estate sectors. This division services corporate and institutional clients.
The Group houses VG Infrastructure Partners ("VGIP") - an infrastructure investment and operating platform focused on developing, acquiring, and managing infrastructure assets.
VGIP also participates in the supply chain of infrastructure and development through its extensive network. The Group sources and distributes key commodities, materials and components for industries such as construction, water treatment, agriculture, mining, energy, manufacturing, and industrial processing.
