The firm also houses the group's Principal Investment Function through which VGCIP opportunistically provides and structures capital solutions to early stage (post-revenue) businesses with strong growth potential in service of the Infrastructure and Real Estate value chains. The Principal Investors strongly consider investments alongside established Family Offices, Venture Capital, Private Equity and Hedge Funds.

VG Capital (Pty) Ltd is a Namibian founded - Private Credit and Hybrid Capital Fund Manager.
VG Capital has setup Namibia's first institutional Real Estate Private Credit Fund - VG Capital Solutions Fund One. The Fund is positioned to provide investors with a blend of downside / capital protection, a yield premium and equity related upside, while providing credible real estate players with bespoke mezzanine and hybrid capital solutions, wrapped in an 'entrepreneurial style' approach.
As a solutions focused Fund Manager, our DNA is that of a real value-adding and strategic capital partner.
The Fund considers most real estate types, with a strong focus on Industrial and Special Purpose Real Estate.
